# Directions:
01 - Place avocado, cottage cheese, lemon juice, and minced garlic into a food processor or blender.
02 - Process until mixture is completely smooth, scraping down the sides as necessary.
03 - Add chives, black pepper, and sea salt; pulse briefly to evenly distribute.
04 - Taste the dip and modify seasoning with additional lemon juice or salt if needed.
05 - For spice, blend in crushed red pepper flakes. For richness, drizzle in olive oil and blend again.
