# What You Need:
→ Bread & Dairy
01 - 4 slices sourdough or white sandwich bread
02 - 4 slices sharp cheddar cheese
03 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
→ Seasoning
04 - 2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning
# Directions:
01 - Spread a thin, even layer of softened butter on one side of each bread slice.
02 - Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning generously onto the buttered side of each slice, pressing gently to adhere.
03 - Place two slices butter-side down, layer two slices of cheese on each, then cover with remaining bread slices, seasoned side facing out.
04 - Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
05 - Place sandwiches in skillet and cook 3 to 4 minutes per side, pressing gently, until bread is golden and cheese is melted.
06 - Remove from heat, allow to cool slightly, then slice and serve.
